INCOTERMS
The new Incoterms 2020, approved by the International Chamber of Commerce of Paris, will come into full force on January 1, 2020.
The ' incoterms 'are the conditions of sale of transport, regulate and they therefore define who bears the costs and responsibilities of the goods transported. The most significant innovations in the new 2010 edition are the elimination of the DAF, DEQ, DES and DDU clauses and the insertion of two new terms: DAP and DAT.
